Amazing photography is the first most important step in getting your listing noticed.  The majority of buyers will see your home first on-line.  Studies show that more than 90% of buyers use the internet to help buy or sell homes. According to a journal, it is said that 92% of home buyers use the internet to search houses for sale and buyers on average will spend 60% of the time viewing photos whereas only 20% of the time in reading the description.

Another valuable photography tool that not all real estate agents utilize is aerial photography. An aerial video or photo can show proximity and scale better than traditional photography. You'll be able to show buyers exactly how big a property is or how close they are to a selling feature like a lake.

According to the multiple listing service (MLS) homes and properties with drone images are up to 68% more likely to sell than those without them.  Aerial photos allow buyers to get a better understanding of what the property looks like, its dimensions, and the surrounding area.
